Android phones support multitasking feature in which notifications always remind us but sometimes when we using internet or WiFi, Google Play Store disturb to update apps. Having automatic app updates is a smart way to keep the device up to date with latest app versions but not everyone wants their apps to update automatically. Don’t worry Google add an option to enable or disable automatic updates on Play Store, and also an option to update apps when WiFi is connected.
How to Disable auto app update in play store
Step 1: First open your App drawer or Menu and open ‘Google Play Store’ once you open it you’re going to head in ‘Settings’ in your Google play store.
Step 2: Once you open the Settings there is an option ‘auto update apps’
Click on it as shown in the image.
Step 3: Once you click the option ‘auto update apps’ you will see pop up of three different options. If you don’t want to update apps set it to do not update apps.
If you want to update apps when wiFi is connected so set it to update apps when wiFi is connected.
If you want some apps still receiving auto update feature but not every app, here is a solution.
For example, we want to enable auto app update feature to Whatsapp
Navigated to the Whatsapp in play store. Go to option click on auto-update.
So, friends, it's easy to disable or enable auto update app.
